KOK 재단의 이사장이라는 중책을 맡게 되어 매우 기쁘고 설레입니다. 이 중요한 역할을 맡게 되어 영광이며, 여러분 모두와 함께 비전을 확장하고 커뮤니티를 성장시키며 우리 조직에 대한 신뢰를 구축하기 위해 최선을 다할 것을 약속드립니다.
저는 미래학자로서 새로운 기술 및 사회 트렌드가 미래를 어떻게 형성할지 연구해 왔습니다. 오랜기간 연구한 미래학자의 관점으로 보았을 때 KOK 재단이 디지털 환경의 핵심 플레이어로서 새로운 기술 개발과 전 세계 사람들을 위한 새로운 기회 창출을 선도할 수 있는 막대한 잠재력을 가지고 있다고 믿습니다.
하지만 이러한 잠재력을 실현하기 위해서는 먼저 신뢰 구축에 집중해야 한다는 것을 잘 알고 있습니다. 신뢰는 모든 성공적인 조직의 토대입니다. 고로 커뮤니티, 리더, 팀의 신뢰를 얻어야만 그 목표를 달성할 수 있습니다.
이러한 신뢰를 구축하기 위해 재단에서는 운영을 투명하게 하고, 이해관계자들과 정기적으로 명확하게 소통하며, 커뮤니티의 피드백과 제안에 있어 열린 자세로 임해야 합니다. 또한, 재단은 재단의 행동에 책임을 져야 하고, 실수가 발생했을 때에는 기꺼이 이를 인정하고 수정해야 합니다.
신뢰 구축과 더불어 우리의 비전을 확장하는 데에도 집중해야 한다고 생각합니다. KOK 재단은 디지털 혁명의 선두에 설 수 있는 특별한 기회를 가지고 있습니다. 이 잠재력을 실현하기 위해서는 대담하고 혁신적인 사고를 해야 합니다.
우리는 기꺼이 위험들을 감수하고 새로운 기술과 비즈니스 모델을 실험하며 변화를 수용해야 합니다. 또한 배경이나 위치에 관계없이 모든 계층의 사람들을 위한 기회를 창출할 수 있도록 포용적인 비전을 가져야 합니다.
마지막으로, 우리는 커뮤니티의 성장과 확장에 집중해야 하고, KOK 재단은 재단을 지지하는 사람들만큼이나 강력하며, 우리의 가치와 비전을 공유하는 인재를 끌어드리고 유지하기 위해 노력해야 합니다.
K STADIUM 생태계를 확장하기 위해서는 프론티어, SO, SOM, KOK 재단, 미디움, K STADIUM 이 함께 협업하고 협력하는 것이 필수적입니다.
또한 다양한 배경과 관점을 가진 사람들을 환영하는 포용적인 커뮤니티가 되어야 합니다. 이러한 다양성은 우리가 미래의 도전과 기회에 대응할 수 있는 강력하고 탄력적인 조직을 구축하는 데 도움이 될 것입니다.
끝으로, KOK 재단에 있어 역사적이고 중요한 이 순간에 합류하게 되어 매우 기쁩니다. 저는 여러분 모두와 함께 신뢰를 쌓고, 비전을 확장하고, 커뮤니티를 성장시키기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.

Hello, this is Thomas Frey
It is with great pleasure and excitement that I accept the role of Chairman of the Board for the KOK Foundation. I am honored to have been chosen for this important role, and I am committed to working with all of you to expand the vision, grow the community, and build trust in our organization.
As a futurist, I have spent my career looking at how emerging technologies and social trends will shape the future. From the perspective of a futurist who has conducted research for an extended period of time, the KOK Foundation has massive potential to be a key player in the digital landscape, leading the way in the development of new technologies and the creation of new opportunities for people around the world.
However, I recognize that in order to achieve this potential, we must first focus on building trust. Trust is the foundation of any successful organization, and it is only by earning the trust of our community, leaders, and team that we can achieve our goals. To build this trust, the foundation must be transparent in its operations, communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders, and be open to feedback and suggestions from its community.
The foundation must also be accountable for its actions and be willing to admit and correct its mistakes when they occur.
In addition to building trust, I believe that we must also focus on expanding our vision. The KOK Foundation has a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the digital revolution, and we must be bold and innovative in our thinking if we are to realize this potential.
We must be willing to take risks, to experiment with new technologies and business models, and to embrace change as it happens. We must also be inclusive in our vision, ensuring that we are creating opportunities for people from all walks of life, regardless of their background or location.
Finally, we must focus on growing and expanding our community. The KOK Foundation is only as strong as the people who support it, and we must work to attract and retain talented individuals who share our values and our vision.
In order to expand the K Stadium ecosystem, it is essential for our Frontiers, SO, SOM, KOK Foundation, Medium, and K Stadium to collaborate and work together.
We must also be inclusive in our community, welcoming people from all backgrounds and perspectives. This diversity will help to ensure that we are building a strong and resilient organization, capable of meeting the challenges and opportunities of the future.
In closing, I am excited to be joining the KOK Foundation at this important moment in its history. I am committed to working with all of you to build trust, expand our vision, and grow our community. Together, we can achieve great things and make a positive impact on the world.
