현재까지도 저희 KOK에 대해 사실관계도 확인되지 않은 채 허위사실을 유포하거나
악의적으로 대하며 다른 회원분들을 선동하고, 이윽고 시위까지 하는 참여자들이 있습니다.
이에 저희 KOK에서는 참여자들 역시 저희의 회원이었기에 그동안 여러 차례 공지사항을 통하여 주의 및 경고를 한 데에서 그쳤지만,
4대 재단 이사장 취임이 된 현시점에서 이제는 더 이상 이러한 행위들을 용납할 수 없다는 판단에 이르렀습니다.
하여 금일부로 해당 참여자들을 면밀히 조사하여 영구 제명 및 수익금 반환 조치를 시행할 것을 선포합니다.
이는 2023년 1월 13일, 공지한 ‘[KOK Foundation] 이용약관 위배에 따른 탈퇴 및 제명 안내’에서도 확인하실 수 있으며
이용약관 제8조 3항에 의거한 실질적 조치임을 알려 드립니다.
– 영구 제명 및 수익금 반환 조치 대상자
1) 재단을 악의적으로 대하며, 허위사실을 유포하는 자
2) 시위 선동 및 참여자
위에 해당하는 자들은 당사자의 거래내역을 공개할 것이며, 그동안 보상받은 물량도 모두 반환처리하여 소각될 예정입니다.
그 어떠한 혜택과 보상도 더 이상 받을 수 없을 것입니다.
위와 같은 대상자들에 대해 알고 계시는 회원분께서는 명확한 증빙자료를 포함하여 제보해 주시기 바랍니다.
그에 따른 소정의 보상도 지급될 예정입니다.
더 이상의 선처는 없습니다.
허위사실 및 유언비어로 인해 고통받고 계시는 회원님들의 아픔을 두고 볼 수 없습니다.
저희 KOK는 4대 재단 이사장 취임과 함께, 앞으로 더 가치 있는 KOK 생태계를 위하여 정면돌파하여 맞설 것입니다.

The Foundation would once and for all like to address the ongoing activities of slander, libel and defamations that have so far been met with soft warnings. However, at this point where the 4th Chairman has just been appointed, such acts will no longer be tolerated and be met with swift responses.
The Foundation will begin formal investigations on participants targeted for the permanent ban which will also require them to return all proceeds as per the announcement made on January 13th, “Information on Account Termination when Violating the Terms of Use”
stating the sections of Article 8, Paragraph 3, under Violation of Usage Terms.
– Persons subject to permanent ban and return of proceeds:
1) A person who treats the foundation maliciously and spreads false information.
2) the incitement and participants of demonstrations
The transaction details of these participants will be disclosed with a balance of all profits
to be returned or incinerated immediately. There will be no additional rewards.
Those who have valid evidence that will expedite ongoing investigations should not hesitate to reach out to us to be compensated for your concern and interest in the community.
There will be no more tolerance for such detrimental activities that have caused so much damage and suffering to other members as well as the community. With the inauguration of the 4th Chairman of the Foundation, KOK will work tirelessly for a more valuable and relevant ecosystem.
